Suzanne Burns PRESIDENT

Suzanne Burns, originally from Massachusetts moved to Florida in 2006. Suzanne is Vice President of AGR Recovery Specialists in West Palm Beach, Florida. Suzanne has been instrumental in AGR's growth - taking it from a small company to a full-service operation with three locations and 25 employees within a six-year period. Suzanne has more than 15 years' experience in the recovery and remarketing industry and is a respected team leader and team player within her company. In April 2023, she became the President of Florida Association of Licensed Repossessors (FALR). In her first 30 days as president, she created the association's Code of Ethics, implemented electronic membership forms, and increased the overall membership and participation in the state. Suzanne is an American Recovery Association (ARA) member and serves on ARA's Technology Committee, the State Association Collaboration Committee, and the North American Repossessors Summit (NARS) 2025 Planning Committee. During her free time, Suzanne enjoys competing her show jumper mare, spending time with her dogs, and traveling with her husband.


Paul Sechrist-Contreras VICE PRESIDENT

Paul S. Sechrist-Contreras, is an owner-operator of Secon Recovery & Towing. Paul has been in the repossession industry his entire life. As a child he watched and worked alongside his father, Paul William Sechrist, who was one of the top repossession agents for American Recovery Specialists in Fort Lauderdale. In 2007, Paul and his family moved from Miami to Tallahassee to start their own repossession company. In 2022, Paul and his team opened their newest location in Pensacola, FL. Growing up, he was an avid baseball player where he learned the importance and value of teamwork which has carried with him in his professional venture. When Paul is not out repossessing vehicles or managing both of his offices, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, going to the beach, riding side-by-sides in the woods, and golfing.


Dustin Westwood SECRETARY

Dustin Westwood has been in the towing industry since he was 18 years old. He performed his first repossession by the age of 20. In 2018 he and his wife formed DCRK Ventures, LLC dba Premier Towing and Recovery located in Pinellas Park, FL which is in the greater Tampa Bay area. Outside of the repossession industry, Dustin is heavily involved in youth sports. He was President of Pinellas Park National Little League for three years and a board member for over 5 years. He continues to support both local and out of area Little League organizations through his Volunteer Umpire services. In mid-2024 he and his wife formed a 501(3)(c) Non-Profit Athletic league geared toward Baseball and Softball. He is the Head Coach of their 16U/18U Softball High School Division. Their focus mainly is on the development of youth athletes through on-field and off-field coaching and mentoring. Dustin is also a licensed EMT who completes his CMEs and keeps his license active year after year.
